Senior Events Producer

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and creative Senior Producer to join our world-class events team. The role involves leading and working on a range of exciting and ambitious client projects in the UK and overseas. Candidates must possess a minimum 5 years private event production experience and a proven track-record delivering high budget, exceptional events with creative flair, and the guest experience at their core.

The Role

Senior Events Producer | Weddings & Social Events
Location: Soho, London | Working on project delivery in the UK and Europe
Contract: Full time, permanent position

As a Senior Events Producer you will curate, coordinate and deliver outstanding live events from brief to execution with a strong focus on service delivery and team work. You will be responsible for on-going client account management, all key aspects of project management from sourcing and managing event partners, communication, scheduling, logistics, team management, budgeting and event delivery.

Role is broad and includes:

  • End to end project leadership from development to delivery and reconciliation.
  • Developing and being accountable for critical paths that meet the expectations of the client and event partners.
  • Ownership and accountability for the global budget for each event, ensuring client approval for all spends and timely invoicing and payment schedules.
  • Produce comprehensive production and live event schedules for the client and the respective event partners.
  • Management of the live event as the Lead Producer.
  • Simultaneously supporting colleagues managing other events - both in the planning and the execution.
  • Nurturing professional and client relationships outside the confines of individual events.
  • Contribution to the development of efficient work practices.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Project Management & Planning:

  • Confidently managing and leading client relationships.
  • Contracting event partners, fostering a collaborative team spirit for each event.
  • Closely cooperating between clients and a range of suppliers and services from venues, design and production teams to f&b, entertainment and experiential teams to ensure client briefs are translated and expectations delivered on budget.
  • Seeking and nurturing new talent alongside trusted, leading event professionals.
  • Creating engaging presentation decks.
  • Creating and managing detailed and complex project scheduling and budgets.
  • Providing consistent, efficient and accurate communication with clients and event partners.
  • Multi-tasking a range of events at different stages.
  • A range of other responsibilities appropriate to the role.

Project Delivery:

  • Managing delivery on time and to the highest standards.
  • Briefing and managing event partners on-site.
  • Overseeing complex event builds and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Managing event delivery with our events and hospitality teams.
  • Guest hospitality management.
  • Talent management.
  • Solutions focused when challenges arise.
  • Being client facing and able to accommodate client feedback whilst managing expectations.

Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in live event management at scale.
  • Proven knowledge of the UK and European social events industry.
  • Previous relationships across a spectrum of event industry partners.
  • Experience in leading technical production on large-scale productions will be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be available to travel frequently overseas at short notice.
  • UK residency and working status.
  • Languages an advantage.
