We have is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional and motivated Senior Events Producer. Working on a range of exciting and ambitious client projects in the UK and overseas, you must possess a minimum 5 years private event production experience and a proven track-record delivering high budget, exceptionally designed experiential events with the guest experience at their core.
The Role
Senior Events Producer | Weddings & Social Events
Location: Chelsea, London | Working on project delivery internationally
Contract: Full time, permanent position

Reporting directly to our Head of Events, as an Event Producer you will curate, coordinate and deliver outstanding live events from brief to execution with a strong focus on service delivery and team work. You will be responsible for on-going client account management, all key aspects of project management from sourcing and managing event partners, communication, scheduling, logistics, team management, budgeting and event delivery.
Role is broad and includes:
- End to end project leadership from development to delivery and reconciliation
- Developing and being accountable for critical paths being maintained which meet the expectations of the client and event partners
- Management and accountability for project budgets, ensuring client approval for all spend and timely invoicing and payment schedules
- Managing live events
- Simultaneously supporting colleagues managing other events - both the planning and the delivery
- Nurturing professional and client relationships outside the confines of individual events
Responsibilities will include
Project Management & Planning:
- Confidently managing client relationships
- Contracting event partners, fostering a collaborative team spirit for each event
- Closely cooperating between clients and a range of suppliers and services from venues, design and production teams to f&b, entertainment and experiential teams to ensure client briefs are translated and expectations delivered on budget
- Seeking and nurturing new talent alongside trusted, leading event professionals
- Creating engaging presentation decks
- Creating and managing detailed and complex project scheduling and budgets
- Providing consistent, efficient and accurate communication with clients and suppliers
- Multi-tasking a range of events at different stages
- A range of other responsibilities appropriate to the role
Project Delivery:
- Managing delivery on time and to the highest standards
- Briefing and managing suppliers on-site
- Overseeing complex event builds ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
- Managing event delivery with our events and front-of-house teams

- Being client facing and able to accommodate client feedback whilst managing expectations
Experience & Skills
- Demonstrable experience of planning, budgeting and delivering multiple high-end, multi-day private events with budgets in excess of £1m in a similar organisation
- Extraordinary attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Detailed knowledge of creative, technical, operational, production and logistical procedures
- Calm, resilient and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong network of supplier relationships
- Excellent client handling style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to travel frequently overseas at short notice
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full event management
- UK residency status
- Languages an advantage
- Full, clean drivers' license
