Fees

We offer an entirely transparent fees structure and do not work on commission: we source what is right for you and charge according to the service. Discounts or financial incentives offered to us we pass to you. Because we are not reliant upon a cut from suppliers to earn our fees, we offer a truly independent, impartial, bespoke service without the need to restrict the search to those suppliers offering us the largest referral fee or percentage. Our reputation within the industry however, means suppliers, vendors and venues are keen to work with us and ensures we do secure competitive pricing from suppliers for our clients.

Wedding Design, Coordination and Management

Fees including VAT* at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) approximately equate to 12-15% of your event budget  (capped for higher spend events).

Last Minute Event Management

From £7,500 ($12,000) incl VAT* (with Sarah Haywood)

From £3,000 ($4,500) incl VAT* (with another member of our team)

Private Consultations with Sarah

From £2,500 ($4,000) incl VAT*

* For clients residing outside the UK our fees are tax exempt.
